Lara M. Wilt, age 58, of Mt. Laurel, NJ entered into God’s care on Saturday January 10th, 2026.
Lara graduated from Cedarville University with a teaching degree but spent most of her career in document control in the pharmaceutical field supervising and managing the department. She was a hands-on person helping those along the way. Her career introduced her to many people with whom she made good friendships.
Her greatest joy in life was going to the beach with her boogie board and trips with her bestie, Barbara. She loved Maine and always spoke of taking her dad there. For many years she was actively involved in the Golden Eagle Band playing the Saxophone. Her honesty and integrity were her greatest asset.
Lara is the Beloved Daughter of George W. Wilt and the late Donna L. Wilt. She is predeceased by her grandparents Vola & Basil Kalenack and Marie & Victor Wilt. She is survived by her sister Jerrie Wilt of Tabernacle NJ, her long-time dearest friend Barbara Hammell and her husband Dave of Columbus, NJ, and friends she met during her life.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 27th, 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Tricia Meadows Club House on 27 Patricia Lane, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 where a greeting of the family will be held from 4:00 - 5:00 PM. A reception will follow.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family requests a donation in the honor of Lara Wilt to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
